Actors’ Playhouse Presents the FLORIDA PREMIERE of I LOVE YOU BECAUSE at the Miracle Theatre. A Bright, Brash new musical for the New Year! EVENT: The Florida Premiere of I LOVE YOU BECAUSE will be presented by Actors’ Playhouse from January 19th – February 12th at the Miracle Theatre in Coral Gables. Off Broadway's most recent musical sensation, I Love You Because, sets the pace for life's romantic sketches on relationships in the 21st century. Dubbed “a modern day musical love story,” I LOVE YOU BECAUSE is a sweet, funny and bubbly gender reversed modern day musical about the adventures of two brothers, one a stiff greeting card writer, the other free-spirited pedi-cab driver, and the women they date, a flaky photographer and an actuary. DATES: Previews January 17 and 18th. Gala Opening Night will be January 19th, and plays through February 11, 2007. TIMES: Wednesday –Saturday 8pm and Sundays at 2pm, ADMISSION: Tickets are $30 for previews, $38.50 for weeknights and matinees, and $46 for Friday and Saturday evenings. New Years Eve, December 31st, tickets are $50. The theatre offers a 10 percent senior discount rate the day of performance and $15 student rush tickets 15 minutes prior to curtain, with identification. All discounts are based on availability and exclude Saturday performances.
