Mantalk and Billian Inc. have signed a deal to produce 26 episodes of the Hourly Mantalk Television show.It will be shot in Chicago in the fall of 2006. Mr. Billian's Chicago writers will begin writing scripts soon. Robert Billian of Billian Inc. and Boca Entertainment is putting it all together.
